The product is a memory foam seat cushion which is designed for those suffering from coccyx or lower back pain. It's also meant to help relieve pain from sciatica, hemorrhoids, pregnancy, or fibromyalgia.  It is designed to improve comfort and decrease pain when sitting.

Personally, I have a lot of lower back pain. I have numerous injuries and sitting hurts. Really hurts,  especially on hard surfaces due to natural vertebra fusion & arthritis. Personally I purchased this for sitting on the floor & in our community center's folding chairs.

This product is made from memory foam which feels firm to begin with but over time adjusts to conform to your body. It does take time. When you open the package, the directions clearly state to use the cushion for an hour the first day, two the second, etc. until you get used to it. It becomes quite comfortable while still providing a good level of support. It doesn't 'bottom out' when you sit on it.

It can be used on most chairs, cars, wheelchairs etc. Being of neutral colors, they can be used anywhere. Even for sitting in those hard plastic chairs in the waiting room.  And with the carry handle, it's easy to take with you. It also is non-slip which I like a lot. It helps so you're not sliding down, which wouldn't be helping at all.

The product comes with 2 removable washable zippered covers. Black and gray. The covers are mesh which is breathable . It also has a non-slip top and bottom. I like that you can be washing one cover while still using your cushion with the other cover. The covers remove and go back on very easily, and the cushion is fully encased with a zipper enclosure.

The cushion is meant to relieve pressure on the tailbone, or coccyxc, and correct posture. I've used the cushion for a week, and it's quite comfortable. I still cannot sit for long periods of time because of the hardness of the foam. When I use a pillow top, it's much better. Though I really like this cushion, and I think it would help many,many people, I will be checking out some others. However, with all my back injuries, I seriously doubt I will find a perfect one. This has been the best one so far, I can tell you that.
