Sitting is the hardest, most painful thing for me to do, due to a back injury. Especially sitting on hard surfaces such as plastic chairs or the floor. This is a smaller cushion than some, and I actually prefer that. This fits perfect in my car, which is great, because the bucket seats kill me. Also, this is small enough that I can take it with me. But don't let the smallness fool you, it's got just as much support as the bigger ones.

When you first start sitting on a foam seat like this, you need to slowly sit on it for longer periods of time, or it can hurt. I've been using cushions for a while, and I have to say that when I sit in a chair without one, I can really feel it!

This is a nice firm seat. I love the velour covering. It's so soft. It's also nice that the covering is easily removable & washable. This seat has got a good form & is very comfortable. I honestly like this one over others I've tried.
