My husband's knees hurt when he runs. But he has to run, because he has to pass his PT tests. We've tried a number of different knee braces, some work better than others.

He says the MDUB Medical Patellar Tendon Strap (1-Pack) - Runner's Knee is very comfortable. It's got a slight bit of padding, and you don't feel the velcro. It's easy to put on, and doesn't slide when running. The sizing was right, and fit perfectly.

Unfortunately it's just not the type of brace he needs. We have figured he needs the kind with the boning on the sides. However, if this is the type of brace you need, it's really nice to wear.

The Patented Crosstrap design creates 20% more isolated pressure on the intersection and then dilutes the pressure on the sides and back.
