What a great jump rope set! Good for kids and adults too.

The Jump Rope for Kids and Adults Adjustable with Travel bag and Comfortable Handles came with a book of jump rope rhymes. How fun! I was trying to remember some of those one day when the lids were all out jumping rope, but I couldn't remember much. This is realy neat to have to pass on to the kids so they can sing them too. The set also comes with a cute foldable Frisbee. It pops open, and folds right back into the tiny pouch. It works too. Also included is a carrying bag for the jump rope. It's nice to have something for the "rope" to go back into to keep it clean. I say rope, but it's not a rope. It's an adjustable cable. You can change the size to fit just about anyone. The cable is smooth, and easy to clean. It's got a bit of weight to it which makes jumping a lot easier than those really light kid's nylon jump ropes. The handles are padded and comfortable. The set also comes with a "from 0 to 15 mins a day in 4 weeks" training book to help you get more out of your jump rope for exercise.

Overall, a good set, especially for kids.
