I recently was lucky enough to try some gel polish, but the handheld LED light I had was a pain. Then I ran across the Elechomes EB301 6W Mini LED Gel Nail Curing UV Lamp.

This is small... a mini. And I like that. I can easily carry it to where I need it and it doesn't take up much space at all. You can do 1-3 nails at a time, not a whole hand, but that's OK. You plug it in, and it comes with the removable cord. There is a single on/off button. Simple and easy to use. The light is really bright, so don't look at it when you turn it on.

I've never had my nails done in a salon, so I cannot compare it to professional units. All I know is I can now easily do gel polish at home. It doesn't take that long to dry, it's really easy to use, it's compact, and convenient. I've always wanted to do gel nails at home, and now I can.
