I honestly love this organizer. I have a trunk organizer in my car right now I was looking to replace because it keeps collapsing. It no where near compares to this one! This organizer has pockets galore. Four pockets on each long side, plus one larger pocket on one short side, and a cinch "pocket" on the other. It has two large interior bins, and a removable divider to split the one side into two. It's got 4 buckles. Two for locking the unit flat & 2 for using only half of the organizer. It has 2 sets of carry handles. You can carry it lengthwise, or widthwise. It's got 4 grommets so you can secure it in your trunk.

My favorite thing about this organizer is how sturdy it is. The sides, and the bottom. I won't be worrying about this one collapsing! I like the color of this. It's not plain black. It has some color, but it's not overpowering. Its a nylon fabric, so it can be wiped clean. This also doesn't necessarily have to be used in the car. It would be great by the back door for toys, or in the closet to organize all the odds & ends.
