My husband's been wanting to try a straight razor. Why? I have no clue. But, I found Double Edge Safety Razor, Oak Leaf Butterfly Open Long Handled Men's Shaving Razor with 5 Premium Blades, and I thought he'd like it.

This razor is really nice. It's beautifully shiny. It has some heft in the handle which is good. The weight gives you a better grip. It seems a bit short, but I've never had one, so that could be just how they are. The bottom of the handle screws to open the butterfly top to insert & replace the blades. This is really convenient & safe. The textured handle gives you a great grip even when your fingers are soapy or oily from shaving cream. You won't have to worry about the razor slipping out of your hand!

The razor came packaged well and has 5 blades included. This should last you a while. Replacement blades are inexpensive, especially when you compare them to the common bladed razors.

Overall, I think this was a good choice!
