This 2-pack of safety hammer/seatbelt cutter are sturdy and of hard plastic. The hammer part is two-sided, heavy & pointy. The cutter is sharp, but recessed so it's safe.

Both emergency rescue kits come with a mounting bracket. However, it didn't come with any hardware to mount the mounting bracket. I really like the idea of the mounting bracket, Especially would be good in truck. The tool is easily removed & replaced in the bracket. The hammer is bright orange so you can see it in an emergency situation.

A great purchase, and something everyone should have just in case.
