Lavender is known for it's many health benefits. Most of all, relaxation.

This Lavender oil from Avenir Oils comes safety sealed in a 10ml dark amber bottle with a dropper stop. The oil is categorized as therapeutic grade, and 100% pure and natural. It is non-toxic with zero additives, and undiluted with no fillers.

The scent of this oil is very "clean". It smells only of lavender.  This smells so much nicer than the other brand I have.  It's a strong oil, and I only need a few drops in my diffuser which is how I've been using it. I plan to use it later in some bath products with carrier oils. It fills the room with a very pleasant scent.

Lavender oil has been used for centuries, dating all the way back to approximately 600 B.C. when it was first cultivated in Arabia. Now it is naturally grown and native to Europe and the Mediterranean, Canary Islands, Africa, the Middle East, and parts of India.

Our lavender essential oil comes from Bulgaria where it is grown at very high elevations. It needs to be grown at an altitude of at least 2,000 feet to be high quality. The oxygen level at this elevation allows lavender to become filled with health boosting antioxidants. It grows to approximately 3 feet high and has beautiful lilac colored flowers. These flowers are steam distilled to produce a high quality, pure essential oil.
