This is a great item if you have a small business or sell items on ebay or the like. Which is why I wanted it. The unit comes with everything you might need. The scanner, a bluetooth dongle, instructions, and a USB wire.

The unit is fast. It reads the barcode & inputs it into your program lickity-split. I am able to read barcodes upside down and on semi-rounded objects with no problem. It has quite a range too. I don't have to have the item directly in front of it to scan. I have not had a code fail yet. It is virtually a keyboard input.

I had no problem 'istalling' it on my pc using the cable. The bluetooth however is giving me a headache. I cannot get my computer to see it, and my phone wants me to type in the code ON the scanner instead of the opposite way arround. It will take some work. The instructions are less than helpful & confusing. Since I am a novice to this, in depth directions are needed for me.

I really am happy with this scanner. It has so many uses. I can't wait to inventory it all. ;-)
