The oil comes with instructions, as well as a reminder to do a patch test. The large dark amber bottle has 1.69 fl.oz of oil blend. It's an analgesic for treatment of muscle pain. It contains menthol & balsam peru oil, along with a number of other essential oils. You apply on the skin, and gently massage around painful areas.

Getting the bottle opened was tough. It's definitely sealed. It has a standard oil dropper stopper. The scent is pleasant. To me the menthol & citronella stand out. It's not an overpowering fragrance, or underwhelming, sense a lot of the beneficial health properties of oils come from mere inhalation of the scent. Honestly I just can't tell about the helpfulness of the pain yet. It's cumulative, and I need to use it more. This blend feels smooth & silky on your skin.
