So, you're groggy & take an energy supplement. You're trying to lose weight & take an appetite suppressant. You take a green supplement. You take a fruit supplement. You take a multivitamin...... Seriously, isn't it easier just to take one product? I think it is. I get forgetful with it all. This has your average multi-vitamin ingredients, plus a blend of 40+ fruits and veggies. It also has appetite suppression weight loss ingredients.

First impression, I gotta say, the dark color (blackish) kinda creeped me out. I'm used to light-colored supplements. These are pretty big, but not difficult to swallow. They do contain kelp, so there is a shellfish allergy warning. They don't have a taste or smell. They haven't upset my stomach, or caused any issues. Although they seemed to suppress my appetite & give me a bit of energy, I have been real bad about eating healthy & exercising, so losing weight isn't on the map right now. But, I did lose 2 pounds in the 3 weeks I've had these. So, I bet if I was actually trying, these would be great for me. However, I see no reason NOT to take these even if I'm not dieting. They are a multi-vitamin, and I take one anyway, so why not take one with the added benefits.

Overall, I think it's a good vitamin to take whether you're trying to lose weight or not.
