Science has told us recently that proper alignment is important, and the Snug StoolEase Detachable Toilet Stool - 9 inch Bathroom Step (White) helps with that.

This is pretty big, and tall. I've seen that there are slightly shorter ones. This one is 9" tall. It's really sturdy, and I have no fear of it slipping. It was easy to assemble, even without instructions. Having it come apart for storage is nice. However, I do have a concern about it getting 'dirty'. It is under the toilet, and because it comes apart, nasty urine can get in those cracks. Lets be honest, not every drop gets in the toilet, especially with boys in the house. I don't want to have take it apart to clean it all the time. Eww.

I feel it's too big for our bathroom. We have a tiny main bathroom, and it just sticks out from around the toilet too far, although it does fit under the curve. I don't know, we'll see.

The StoolEase is a good sturdy footstool that fits around your toilet. If you're thinking about purchasing one of these, this one is a good option.
