My son's doctor recommended fish oil as his cholesterol was a bit high. I take krill oil for arthritis, but the pills are so big. I wanted to get my son something a bit easier to swallow. These contain marine oil from Calamarine and fish oil (squid, anchovy, sardine, mackerel). I honestly haven't seen many Omega-3 supplements with this combination of fish. Like other's mentioned, these are smaller than ordinary fish oil supplement. However, you do have to take 3 of them to get your daily requirement. Thankfully they have a nice, pleasant, hint of lemon flavor to them. These give you absolutely no fishy breath or burps. You can't beat that! This bottle gives you 2 whole moth's worth.
