I have always colored. When my kids were young, I'd sit there & color with them. The only problem with kid's coloring books are they are on cheap newsprint, and the pictures are boring for adults. Thankfully "adult coloring books" have become a fad. I'm in love with this fad. I have trie a few books, the latest being, Stress Relieving Adult Coloring Book: A Coloring Book For Adults Featuring Designs, Patterns, and Motivational Quotes For Relaxation, Inspiration and Henna-Inspired Books For Women & Men.

This book has a nice amount of pages, and variety. At first I was disappointed the the designs were so tiny on the page. But after coloring a couple, I realized they are the perfect size for a 30 minute relaxation session. I think they should have made a smaller book... like a 6x9. There is just so much wasted space. The designs are on one side, and a quote is on the other. I like the designs. They're simple, yet intricate. The black ink did smudge a bit with my watercolor pencils.

Overall, except for the size of the book, I think this is a great book of designs.
