I was given a challenge...
You will be asked to do the "7 day challenge" where you wear one of the nail wraps and paint the rest of your nails. Over the 7 days, you take a picture at the end of each day, comparing what the nail wrap looks like compared to your nails. You are not allowed to re-paint your nails if they chip as this is to showcase how long the wraps last in comparison. On the flip side, if the nail wrap does come off, again, you are not allowed to reapply it, this is to ensure an honest review is given.
I told Rachael up front that my nails are short, and I do lots of manual labor on the homestead.  She said no problem! So, we went for it.

I used to love painting my nails, but life out here is too rough on them.  Within a couple days they're shot, and I just don't have the time to paint & decorate them all the time, so they go naked.  So, as you can expect, I really didn't have confidence in stickers on my nails.

I received the wrap in the mail. It took me a few days to get the time to do my nails. Life is pretty hectic on the homestead during the spring. I  was able to apply the wraps without much issue. I had never used, nor seen wraps before, so this was my first attempt. I did get a couple wrinkles in the wrap.

However, I'm pretty confident that if I were to apply them again, I would be more successful. they are honestly easy to apply. You use a hair drier to warm them up a bit to adhere them.  They are much quicker than painting your nails!

On my painted fingers, I used a base coat, 2 coats of color from Rainbow Honey, and a top coat.  My usual.

I was able to take photos on every day except 5.  I sustained an injury ( a torn rotator cuff), and didn't do anything but whimper that day.

I will tell you right now, I am thoroughly impressed!  If you follow us on Instagram, you might have seen my daily posts. Let me sum it up for you.....

Day one:  I did my nails in the evening, so the only thing that I really did after painting my nails were evening chores.

Day two:  After a day of household cleaning, tearing down part of a fence, wrangling llamas, dogs, & goats. Looks like the polish has started to chip. The wrap is fine.  Don't mind the bandaid.  Did you know you can get splinters from rope?  Yeah. Ouch.

Day 3: Most have my painted nails are chipped. The Jamberry wraps are still in great shape (except for the wrinkles-was my first time applying). This photo was taken last night after critter chores, cleaning up the yard, washing dishes, & moving boxes.

Day 4: Photo was taken after setting up & breaking down a community event & critter chores. My painted nails aren't doing well (This is why I stopped painting my nails). The wraps are good. The tip of my index fingernail is a bit rough & needs to be filed.

Day 5: No photo. This is the day I sustained my injury.

Day 6: Since my arm's in a sling, I haven't been that active. Regular daily household & critter chores. It's obvious who's winning here. My polish looks like crap. The wraps are holding well. (Day 5 was skipped due to injury).

Day 7: The winner is clearly the wraps! My polish is horribly chipped. The only problem I have with the wraps is, the actual tip of my nail broke.

Upon completion, you can see how my painted nails look.  Chipped and broken.

In the second picture, you can see that except for the wrinkles from when I applied, the wraps are in perfect condition.

I just have to say, "Unbelievable"!

Jamberry wraps for the win!
