I walk/jog each morning & I got tired of carrying everything. I needed something that not only fit well, but didn't bounce when I ran. I love this belt. It's soft & stretchy. It fits my phone, a couple tissues, and my mailbox key fine. I wear it at my hips as I don't like things around my waist. This fits well, and I've had no problems of it moving as I walk. It's not too thick, nor too thin. It's simple, yet perfect for me.
