BirchBox February 2016 & Coupon
I've been getting BirchBox for a few months now. It's small, but I like it. I'm not a beauty guru, so it's perfect for me to try new items. Their samples are a good sixe, and the range spans from skincare to haircare to makeup. The box is only $10 a month. Even cheaper if you use a coupon or order a year's worth upfront. You can't really go wrong with BirchBox.
Each month on the 25th, subscription customers have the option to customize their next box. You can choose from a couple different samples & the rest a surprise, or you can choose the curated box. This month when I went to chose everything said "sold out" so my box was a mystery.
BirchBox always comes with an info card that explains a bit about the items & the price should you wish to purchase the full-size after trying the sample.This February box contains 5 items:

- POP Beauty Matte Velvet Lipstick
It's a deep red lacquer. I'm not a fan of reds, but it looks nice. I'll try it as an undercoat to silver foil. I do like mini bottles vs regular size, so that's cool.

The next items are an Argan Conditioning Mask from Corioliss. This is a hair mask. Also Hey Honey Take it Off Exfoliating Honey Peel off Mask.
The tube of Corioliss is 15ml. There are no parabans, no salts, and no sls. It contains argan oil, fatty acids, vitamin E, and tea tree oil to add softness & shine.
The peel off mask is supposed to brighten skin & promote a clear complexion with alpha hydroxy acids. The tube is 10ml and for all skin types. It says you leave this on for 15 minutes before peeling off.
It's a high pigment formula that hydrates lips as well as tints. It's enriched with Vitamin E, paraban free, and not tested on animals.
This is a natural & organic product. Well, it's 99.47% natural, and 19.39% organic.
It's just over 1oz, so it's a good sized sample. It contains sage, olive oil, aloe, marshmallow & chamomile extracts. It lists itself as a facial moisturizer.

BirchBox is a nice, inexpensive beauty box that allows you to try beauty products before spending vast amounts of money of full-size products. Many of their items are vegan, natural, and organic.
