When we received Snatch Jerky, we didn't know what to expect. There are so many craft jerkys out there. Some good, some bad, and some that are just norm. We knew this was a low-sodium craft jerky.

Let me just say, the entire House-Wise team loved this jerky!

SNATCH beef jerky is made with grass-fed California beef raised without the use of hormones and is processed in a USDA-approved facility.

We recived their 5 flavors to try

• Original Peppered
• Orange Teriyaki
• Whiskey Row
• Traditional Western
• Peppered Ale 

We tried a couple of them right off the bat.

All their jerkys are moist with a nice chew. It doesn't have that processed beef jerky texture you get from the mass produced ones in the store.

These are very flavorful. You taste honest flavor, not chemicals & a wanna-be flavor-like taste.

Each resealable bag contains 3oz of low sodium craft jerky. A serving size is one ounce, contains about 50 calories, and has 8g protein. It only has 1.5g total fat, 0 sat. fat, 1 carb, and 1 sugar. Snatch jerky contains 85mg sodium. That's great for dried beef! The jerky is free of preservatives, nitrates, and MSG.

The Original Peppered was one of our favorites. It was complex, but acceptible. Every bite evolves from sweet to peppery to spicy. However, the spice wasn't over powering. My daughter loved it.

I have to say the Orange Teriyaki was our least favorite. I don't know if it was our tastes, or the flavors just didn't mesh right.

The Whiskey Row was another favorite. It starts off sweet & finishes with a spice that's not too hot but lets you know it's there. Great flavor.
