I do a LOT of crafts & am always needing a glue gun. I seem to have one in every room; The craft room, the garage, in my work area in the living room. And now my daughter has been "borrowing' mine, so I thought it was time to get a new one.

I've had larger glue guns, small ones, low heat, high heat, and portable ones. I like little glue guns. They fit into tight spaces, and are easy to hold. There are a few things I really like about this one, but some I am not so keen about. Which is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. These are however, just a matter pf reference.

This is a perfect size gun. It fits in both my hand, and my daughter's hand. I also really like how this glue gun as an on/off switch! No more unplugging the gun just to turn it off. That's really irksome, especially when you have to plug it in behind something. What I don't like is how light it is. It flops over when you try to stand it up, unless you spend time placing it just so. When I'm doing a project, I don't have time for that. I also like a glue gun with a little weight to it so I feel in it my palm. This is better for my daughter as she is smaller, and probably more patient.

This glue gun comes with a package of 25 long glue sticks. That's more than enough to get anyone started  The gun heated up quickly, and although was hot around the sides of the casing (which is normal), it stayed cool around the handle & trigger. It didn't spit & sputter, and the glue flowed smoothly. As you can see from the pictures, there is no dripping. This is a big plus! Some glue guns ooze glue when it's just sitting there. This one did not.

All-in-all a great little glue gun. If it just had a little more weight, I'd love it!
