Meal Prep Divided Trays

I've been making meals & freezing them for a few months now, but I haven't found a great container for it yet. I saw these types, and thought I'd try a few.

Microwave Safe Divided Bento Box Lunch Tray

These are divided into 3 compartments, freezer friendly, stackable, and reusable.  The fact that I can make pre-portioned meals, and freeze them in containers that I can stack neatly in the freezer is awesome.

They are made from Premium Polypropylene (PP), are FDA Approved & BPA Free. They are microwave & dishwasher safe. This makes them extremely convenient. The only thing I wished was that they were oven safe. I have some 'plastic' containers that are oven safe & I love that. From freezer to oven like a TV dinner. This is one of the biggest cons for these. But, I knew this up front.

The containers have a clear dome so you can see what's inside. The lid flips and you can use it as a shallow tray. It also fits neatly underneath while your container is open & you're eating. The containers snap for a good seal, however you have to play with it a bit & work your way around the sides. Much like the containers at your local grocery store deli.

I filled it with food & shook it upside down. It took some vigorous shaking before the corner popped. I'd feel confident it putting this in a lunchbox.
