The adult vitamin is tasty. It has a slight vitamin flavor to it, but I'm not expecting it to taste like candy. I like that their vitamin content is actually more on par to pill vitamins than other gummies. I have stayed away from gummies because they hardly have any vitamins in them. But these do! They are yummy, and I will continue to take these.

Like I said, my daughter asks to take these everyday. Asks to take her vitamins? It's wonderful!
