Ziraki Adjustable Lumbar Back Support Brace Review

The number of people who suffer from lumbar pain keeps on increasing over the years. It is the pain you feel from lower back and extends to your legs. Back pain one of the causes for many workers availing of sick leaves for days. There are a variety of reasons that cause back pain:
  • Strain muscles
  • Obesity
  • Pregnancy
  • Bending
  • Repetitive stooping
  • Smoking
  • Spinal problems
I am one of these people. I injured my back permanently about 15 years ago, and have suffered with horrible back pain ever since.

When I do any activity like lifting or carrying, I use a back belt like the ones the workers at Home Depot use, but the straps are annoying, and it comes loose. A lot.

I needed something different. This looked like something to try.

The lumbar belt is made from tourmaline magnetic heat. It comes in yellow (beige) and black colors with sizes from S and up to XXXL. It fits all sizes so everyone can wear it to support their back pain. It also includes fish line cloth, a velcro magnet and elastic fabric.

There are no instructions on the inside of the box, however, they are printed on the box.

I like this belt so far. I got a large, and it fits around my waist. I'm used to wearing the other belt low around my hips, but this one won't fit. Most of my pain is in the upper S's, and lower L's. Even though this doesn't fit low, it seems to support nicely. It doesn't ride up like my other belt, or get loose.

According to the description, the magnets and tourmaline stones function well as a brace on your back. Your muscles are relaxed through the magnetic heating effect of the lumbar belt. I'm not sure about all that, because I just can't tell. I haven't felt "heat", but then again, it's over my shirt. I need to war it a bit more to know.

I do know I like the support. I like the fit. I like that it's a low profile & not too bulky.

"WARNING - if you have sensitive skin, only use the product for an experimental period of time to see how skin reacts. In addition, use of product for excessive time (2 to 4 hours) may result in burning sensations. Also we recommend to wear the belt on a under shirt to protect from possible burning sensation."
