Crossfit Speed Cable Jump Rope

This is Spartan Fit's 2016 Crossfit Speed Cable Jump Rope.

I've never had a speed cable before. The jump rope I have is just that, a rope. That's all I've ever seen. When I opened up the package, this seemed so small. But like it says, it's a cable. And I've come to realize it's far superior to jump ROPES.

This is completely adjustable. It has a 10 length, so it can accommodate even the biggest and tallest. The Spartan Fit Jump Rope can adjust to any size easily. Just the turn of an ordinary Phillips (cross-tip) screwdriver and you're set!

This rope has a 360 degree stainless steel handle rotation.It's very fluid when swinging and it can go fast. I found no sticking or catching.

This jump rope is very light. I'm used to heavy handles, but I think the small hollow handles actually help keep fatigue from your wrists. The cable is also light and that makes for easy speed.

Jumping rope is great exercise. I think it's fun. Burn up to 600 calories an hour while strengthening your legs, butt, shoulders, arms and also improve coordination! Not that I could jump rope for a whole hour.

The jump rope comes with a free carrying case. It's a nylon cinch bag, and holds the rope easily. It's a pretty sturdy bag, and makes carrying the jump rope easy.

If you do crossfit, MMA or boxing train, or just want to up your jump roping game, I think this would be a great purchase. And it's not expensive either.
