Deluxe Cook V-Blade Mandoline Slicer Review

I have a a food processor, and a slicer thingie that goes on my Kitchenaid mixer. I had never thought about getting a Mandoline. But when I saw it, I thought, "My, that would be a lot easier to get out than my big kitchen appliances." So I decided to try it.

Features & Benefits:
• super easy to use
• a breeze to clean
• the sharpest blades
• safest finger guard
• 4 different blades
• no fiddly knobs or settings
• non-slip feet
• easy grip silicone handle
• light enough to hang from the handle
• compact enough to store in a drawer
• neat little box for the cutter blades
• heavy duty reinforced ABS plastic
• 100% LIFETIME GUARANTEE!

My daughter and I agree that we love this thing.  She thought it was fun to use. Anything that makes her think that prepcook is fun, is a win for me. It sliced through the potatoes easily. It was easy to wash. It was easy to change the blades.  It was sturdy when working with it. I wasn't afraid of her cutting her fingers with the handle. It comes with 4 different blades in a cute little box to hold them. Two different sizes for slices, and two different sizes for julienne. You can easily remove the veggie from the handle with a simple push. No having to touch the spikes. Those spikes hold the veggie well too.

We're really happy with this Mandoline. My daughter wants to make french fries next.
