StrideBox March 2016 Subscription Box Review

Stride Box is the first subscription box I ever signed up for. I've been receiving them for several months.

The March box included:
  • Kutoa Health Bar
  • Powerbar Energy Blasts
  • Element Snacks Rice Cakes
  • Ucan Hydrate
  • Foot Kinetics Rungoo
  • Fit Kicks Fit Wrist Wallet
I feel that these boxes are getting smaller & include less value each month.

In each box is an info card. Their cards have the products listed, a little bit about each one, a link to purchase more if you like the sample, and whether they are for before, during, or after your run. On the back is a collage of subscribers Instagram photos using StrideBox's tag.

I've had Powerbar products before, but not these. These are orange flavor gummies, and are for after a workout. They are in a resealable pouch and contain no caffeine.

Ucan Hydrate is an electrolyte replacement drink. It replenishes the nutrients you lose during sweating. It's a powdered drink pack. This has 0 calories, no sugar added, and  naturally sweetened. I received berry flavor.

Stideboxes always come with motivational stickers. I have a stack of them now. Honestly, I don't know what to do with them.

Orange is a theme this month. Element gives us sweet orange rice cakes. These have no preservatives, are non-GMO, gluten free, and all-natural.

Rungoo
Stride Box always contain one or two items that are non-food.

Foot Kinetics RunGoo contains lanolin and waxes to prevent blisters and prevent chafing. This is a single-use packet.

You can share your favorite products with Stride Box on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Kutoa is a choclate banana health bar. It contains chia & flax seed. It is gluten free, vegan, and non-GMO. Kutoa gives one meal to a child in need for every bar purchased.

The 'big-ticket' item in the box this month is Fir Kicks Fit Wrist Wrist Wallet.  I have a couple of these wrist bands that hold phones & stuff, but this one has a zipper. I'll like this for my walks.

Stride Box is a month-to-month only, and do not have 3, 6, or 12 month subs. I've only seen them have a coupon once. Wish they had more discount incentives.  Try them out if you want something a bit smaller than some of the other health & fitness boxes. Plus, Stridebox always comes with some sort of accessory & non-food item!

I feel Stride Box have gone downhill since the beginning of this year. I know the actual value is there, but don't feel like I really got my money's worth. Usually subscription box's value way surpasses the cost of the box. I cancelled this month.
