I think I have officially seen it all.
Lollyphile is a confectionery focused on the stranger, unexplored regions of lollipop flavors. These aren’t just any lollipops. These come in flavors you won’t find anywhere else.
Where else but a small-batch confectionery in Austin, TX can you get flavors such as Maple Bacon or Bleu Cheese? Wasabi-Ginger, or Habanero-Tequilla? Or, how 'bout Absinthe? Yup. Real Absinthe.
However, Lollyphile is most famous for their boozy pops. No, they don't have real alcohol in them. They just taste like it. Lager, beer, Merlot, White Russian, Salty Dog, and Bourbon just to name a few.
They have more classic flavors, such as Pomegranate Tangerine & Passion Fruit.
But let's not talk about the Breast Milk flavored one, OK? ;-)
These aren't small lollys either. They are big, and you'll likely not finish them in one sitting.
Lollyphile makes small batches of 54 pops at a time. So, when you order, it can take a week for them to be made & shipped. If you're not in a hurry, how cool is that?!
I want some just to try the odd flavors. I'm not a candy person much, but these are too intreging & irresistible!
