Nails R Accessories December 2015 Subscription Box Review

This was my first monthly box from Nails R Accessories. They shipped these pretty pink packages. Too bad it looks like the Postal employees decided to play football with mine. And, I received it after Christmas. It's OK, tho. Everything arrived intact. It's not the company's fault!!







There was an info card, and a "Tips & Tricks" card in the box. I like knowing what's supposed to be included in the box.

As I started taking all the items out of the box, I was thoroughly impressed at how much stuff there was!

Included in my pink & turquoise box:

5 Pieces Holiday Wreath Nail Charms
4 Sheets of Christmas Decals
1 Sheet Nail Wraps
1 Stamping Plate (Holiday/Winter Themed)
36 Pieces 3D Nail Art Wheel (Love Geometric)
2 Hand/Bath Bombs (Raspberry Vanilla)

Not mentioned on the card is the brush & paint.

Really, there was a lot included in here for $10. I am happy, happy, happy!

The bath bombs seemed a bit misplaced in a nail box, but I'm not complaining. It was a nice addition. Maybe if they labeled it "bonus item" or something.

Nail wraps

The nail wraps (12) are gold & black. A nice simple, yet classy design. Honestly, even though nail wraps are popular, I have never used them. These are the second ones I've received in subscription boxes, So I better learn how to quick!

This is a large roll of laser tape. I'll be checking out their Facebook page looking for ideas on ways to use it!


There were 36 3D charms in a wheel. They are thinner than the wreaths & masks.





The wreaths & masks in these packages are very pretty. Unfortunately living on a homestead, I'm quite brutal on my nails & these wouldn't stay on a day. Maybe I'll save them for when I take a road trip!

Since I got my box after Christmas, these will have to wait until next year. But, I'm a big fan of nail stickers & decals! And there is a lot here.

Included in the box was a stamper package with a holiday themed plate. Usually the only thing I do with my nails is foil them.... (I love foil). So, anywho, I had no idea what this was! I messaged her on facebook, and she immediately responded with a link to a video on how to use it. How great is that for customer service?! I can't wait to try it out.

Lastly included was this tube of purple paint & a brush. I'm not sure if this goes with the stamper kit or not.... I haven't been able to get to the city to watch that video yet! The tube is black lettering on dark purple, so I can't read it. :-(


I only have a couple cons about this subscription....

The printed info card just looks amateurish. I totally understand that professionally printed cards are costly, and by no means am I begrudging them. It was just hard to read. Color inkjet printing can be quite fuzzy. I'd take b&w if it meant easier to read. However, I know they are new, so it's not something that's a big deal. The amount enclosed way surpasses fuzzy printing!

Also, their website was a bit confusing when I went to sign up. Here's a bit of detail on their pricing: They have 2 boxes available. An accessory only box which can be shipped internationally, and an accessory & polish box which can only be shipped in the US. The accessory box is $15 a month, or $30 for 3 months. That's a HUGE discount! The accessory & polish box costs $20 a month, or $45 for 3 month which is also an awesome savings!  I had a great Black Friday coupon and got my box half off. LOVE!

All in all, I think this is a GREAT subscription box! Nails R Accessories is pretty new. This is their fourth box. I think they're doing really well. The niche is definitely there. Most nail subscription boxes are only polishes. Maybe with some decals. I searched & searched looking for an nail accessory only box, but there were none. I wanted accessories since the place I used to get my foils went out of business. But, one day I happened to run across these guys & am so happy I did! Keep it up!
