SnackSack December 2015 Review

This was my first SnackSack box, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Let me just say, I was blown away by this box. The presentation was phenomenal. And the box..... it was stuffed with goodies!

More snacks inside the burlap sack!

Under this top layer you see here, was MORE snacks inside a cute burlap bag with a holiday bell attached. The box was packed with crimped paper & it really made the box pretty.

Included in the box is an info card describing all the snacks in this month's box. It is short & to the point. But as you can see, there was a LOT inside!
  • 2 packets Nibmor Hot Cocoa (traditional & mint)
  • Dandies Vanilla Marshmallows
  • 2 Righteously Raw Chocolates (dark & dark mint)
  • Cosmos Creations Cheddar Puffed Corn
  • Beanitos Nacho Cheese Bean Chips
  • Big Slice Kettle Cooked Apples
  • 2 packages Dolcetto Wafer Bites (lemon & chocolate)
  • Artisan Tropic Plantain Strips
  • Snack Out Loud Crunchy Beans
  • Snacks 101 Smokey BBQ Popcorn
  • TruJoy Peppermint Choco Chews
  • Good Health Sea Salt Potato Chips
    Everything in the box

I've tried a few of the items so far......

The Nacho Cheese Beanitos. I saw these at the store last week & almost picked some up, but the name kinda had me leery. I was thrilled to get a sample pack! Once you get past the "these are NOT gonna taste like Doritoes" in your mind, you can be honest to yourself about the taste. I like them. They had a different 'flavor' then corn chips, but not bad. I like that they are made with navy beans. They are definitely addicting, and I will buy more.

I don't like marshmallows, so my daughter took these. She LOVED them. She said they're so much better than the standard ones in the store. I tried to talk her into putting some in hot chocolate, but they didn't last long enough!

The Dolcetto wafer bites are just plain yummy. There is just enough in the packet to satisfy a sweet tooth.

I can't wait to try them all! But, I ration myself. Even though the snacks are better for you than the typical snacks you find in the local store, they are still snacks, & I don't want to get fat eating all this yummy goodness all at once! Moderation my dear. Moderation. ;-)

Snack Sack is $23 a month. I'm quite happy with this box.  I signed up for 3 months to check them out. I had a Black Friday coupon worth 27% off your first box, so I got 3 months for a little over $49. If all their boxes are like this, and I find another awesome coupon, I would subscribe for a year!

They currently have a coupon, JOY10 which gives you 10% off.
