Rainbow Honey January 2016 Mini Mystery Bag

This is my 3rd Rainbow Honey Mystery Bag. I've really liked them all so far. They pack a lot of samlpes into the little bag. My daughter gets excited when it comes in the mail because the scents & colors are so good!

Packaging

This is how Rainbow Honey Mini Mystery Bags come in the mail. They come tightly packed in bubble wrap, and then in a bubble mailer.

Cut corner *sad face*

The only problem I've had is that they are so well packed, the only way to open these mailers is to cut them. By cutting the package open, I inadvertently cut the corner off the little burlap bag inside, even though I tried to be really careful. This made me sad. I love these bags.

Enclosed is a typed up sheet of the contents, as opposed to the standard info cards in sub boxes.

Information

The info sheet not only describes what's in the Mystery Bags, but a little about what's new in the Rainbow Honey store, what's coming up, and any sales going on.

This month there were 6 items in the mini bag:

Lip Care Duo

I just want to start by saying, the cucumber melon...... oh, it smells soooooo good! My daughter kept opening the scrub & taking deep whiffs it was just that good.

I do like their lip balms. They are not goopy, nor too hard. They don't leave a waxy coating on your lips, but they feel protected. Oh, and the smell is nice too. ;-)

I haven't used a lip scrub before. We'll have to try that soon.

Perfume Mist & Whipped Cream Soap

I have tried a few of their perfume mists before and I really like them. I don't do "perfume", but I like scented body sprays & skin refreshers. The mist is alcohol & paraban free!

Whipped Cream Soap. Sounds intriguing. Not a liquid soap. Not a bar soap. But a foamy whipped soap. I'll be trying it my next shower. *sniff, sniff* which might be after typing this post.

I got Pate de Pistache scent, which I don't know what that is, so we'll see if I like it. I do like how each mystery bag has a number of different scents, not just one. This way, if I don't like the scent, the whole bag isn't a disappointment, and it also gives me the opportunity to try much more of their product line!

Polishes

The mini mystery bags always come with 2 polishes. Th regular size mystery bags come with three. This month we got Planet M, and Caramel Forest Glitter. The Planet M is a very pretty shimmery magenta color. A dark pink. The Caramel Forest is their thick silver & magenta glitter in a clear base. A perfect match. I have mentioned before that most of their polishes are shimmers & glitters, and I'm undecided on whether I like that or not. I do like plain & matte colors so that I can add my own dazzle occasionally. I do like their formula. All their polishes are 3-free & vegan. It lasts long & goes on easily.

Overall, once again I am very pleased with this subscription. I had signed up for 6 months because the offer was get one month free with 6 month sign up. I'm happy I did! And, I will definitely renew this when it's up.
