Lemon Drop Gifts February 2016 Box Review & Coupon

Lemon Drop Gifts is a bit different than other subscription boxes. These boxes are gift boxes you purchase for a loved one. I think it's a beautiful sentiment.

When you purchase a Lemon Drop Monthly Gift Box, you’ll get to select the months that your loved one will receive a box and you’ll be able to submit a photo and message for each box that you have purchased.

Each Lemon Drop Gift box is unique because it includes a handpicked photograph and personal note from you. The photo I uploaded wasn't a great resolution, so it didn't print too good. But I'm sure that's my fault. Otherwise I think the postcard idea is pretty neat.

The big ticket item in February's box was a Silk Pashmina scarf. It's a beautiful scarf and would definitely make a nice gift for someone. I'm a jeans & t-shirt kinda gal, so this one is lost on me. This would look lovely draped over a shelf.
 
Box previews are available for the current month as well as the next month, so you can choose whether or not you think your recipient will enjoy the box. If not, skip that month.

The checkout process was simple & smooth.

The next item is a Sweetheart Trinket Dish. It's made by Rosanna, Inc., and is both microwave & dishwasher safe. This would be great for placing rings when you wash your hands or before bed. It's a beautiful little dish that's reminiscent of a pastry wrapper.

The last item in the box are Decadent Truffles from Moonstruck Chocolate Co in Portland. This is a 5pc collection, and is 2.29oz. They have a thick candy coating and taste divine!
