I have been eating protein & snack bars since they first came out a decade ot two ago. Let me tell you, they've come a looooong way. The first ones were barely tolerable. Companies have since worked hard to make better tasting, and better for you snack bars. I have had so many brands & flavors of bars over the years, and I'm really happy with all these newer ones out there. They are much healthier & tastier.

I had never tried Perfect Bar before. But let me tell you, this is the best damn bar I have ever had. Every flavor too! No, I wasn't paid to say that. LOL Honestly, I'd eat one every day if I could. I've already picked up more at the store, and I need more again.

However, that being said, I am a peanut/nut butter fiend, and all their flavors do contain peanut butter or almond butter. So, if you don't like nut butters *gasp* these might not be for you.

Perfect bars are sold in the refrigerated section. Different, huh?! They will keep 9 months of bringing them home if you keep them refrigerated, or about 2 weeks at room temperature. So you can keep them with you in your lunch, on a hike, or in your bag as a snack, without fear of them spoiling.

Organic honey is a natural preservative that prevents their bars from spoiling while refrigeration maintains their optimal freshness, consistency and flavor.

Perfect Bars are non-GMO and gluten-free. They are high in protein with no refined sugar. They are Soy protein free, a good source of fiber, and contain 20+ super foods. Carob Chip is the only Perfect Bar flavor recipe that contains soy, albeit a minimal amount at that. Almond Coconut Perfect Bar is the only flavor that is Vegan. The rest contain milk & egg powders. Perfect Bar uses low-glycemic dates as the sweetener.
