Nature’s Path Granola Review & Giveaway

Granola. Organic granola. Granola made with ingredients you can read.

Nature’s Path is passionate about organic farming, is family-run, and sustainably driven.

I love Nature's Path Granola. If I'm not careful, I could eat an entire bag sitting at the computer. Although it's good for you food, much better than a bag of greasy chips, I don't think eating 11 ounces of cereal in one shot is a good idea. But I could do it. No problem.

Granola is only a small selection of available products Nature's Path carries, but I think it's the most well known. And for good reason.

Nature’s Path and EnviroKidz brands only uses ingredients as allowed by the National Organic Standards. No artificial or chemical preservatives such as BHA or BHT have been added to the cereal.

We had the pleasure of reviewing the winning prize from the #OnMyPath Giveaway. The same prize that Nature's Path will send you, should you win. You can enter below.

We were sent an assortment of Nature's Path organic & non-GMO granolas.

I ummm... ate a lot of granola today. And I'm not ashamed. We were sent 3 full-size bags & 2  boxes of their granola.

Honey Almond Granola
Coconut Chia Granola
Pumpkin Flax Granola
Summer Berries Granola
Fruit & Nut Granola

Each one has so much flavor. They are crunchy without being hard or like some granola, sticky. You can taste the real fruit, nuts & seeds in each of the flavor combinations.

I have to say, I really like the new one, Nature’s Path Coconut Chia Granola. It offers the highest plant form of omega-3 polyunsaturates, fiber and protein with its “superfood” chia seeds. It’s also low in sodium, high in fiber and provides 5 whopping grams of protein per serving.

Did you know you can eat granola in other ways than just plain, or in a bowl of milk? Here's a recipe. One of many in Nature’s Path 7 Days of Healthy Recipes & Lifestyle Tips Ebook

Coconut Chia Tropical Smoothie Bowl
Prep Time: 15 minutes |Cook Time: 0 minutes |Total Time: 15 minutes |Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients:
2 cups dairy-free vanilla yogurt
2 frozen bananas, cut into pieces
1/2 cup frozen peach chunks
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

Toppings:
1 cup Nature’s Path Flax Chia Plus® Coconut Chia Granola
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup peach slices
1/2 cup mango slices
1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds

Directions:
  • In blender, combine yogurt, bananas, peach and mango chunks; blend on high until smooth.
  • Toppings: Divide yogurt mixture among 4 bowls and top with granola, kiwi, peaches, mango and almonds as desired.
Tip: Keep peeled and cut-up bananas in the freezer for easy prep of morning smoothies.
This is just one of their recipes in their ebook available for download on their site.

Since Nature's Path is made without preservatives, there should therefore be extra care taken to store the cereal in a cool dark place in order to preserve freshness.

And now for the fun part! The giveaway.....
