I really liked the Hemp Hearts sprinkled on my oatmeal. Since I'm hypoglycemic, I need to eat before I go to bed. I need to choose something high in protein & fiber. A bowl of oats, with just a little raw sugar, Hemp Hearts & a splash of milk is so yummy!
