Pet Gift Box Cat February 2016 Review

This will be my third Pet Gift Box for cats. We've really been enjoying these boxes. They're not huge, but everything included has always been well received. The presentation is always awesome, and the themes make me smile when opening the box.

February's box was of course themed with Valentine's in mind. There were 5 items:

• Heart to Heart catnip pouch
• Love Bites treats
• What a Tease snap toy
• You're so Dreamy catnip pillow
• Love is in the Air magnet

There is always a nicely printed info card in the box. It describes a bit about each item. On the back is social media information for Pet Gift Box.

The first item is the You're so Dreamy catnip pillow. This was a win with all four cats! It says it's filled with organic catnip. It must be some gooood stuff. They all went nuts. It was so fun watching them. They didn't like it so much after I needed to refill it with the catnip we had on hand. This retails for $14.00. I need another, or three. Or at least more of that nip.

Next comes the homemade heart-shaped cat treats called Love Bites from K9 Bytes. I like how PetGift Box has exclusively packaged treats. It's a nice touch. Love Bites are hand rolled, using only high quality food-grade ingredients sourced in the USA. They are tuna & cheese and are made with gluten-free flour. These retail for $9.99 Personally I really like the slick black package.

Magnet

I know a lot of people may complain that there is a 'human' item in the pet box, but I like the inclusion of something for pet owners once in a while.

This is a large & pretty heavy magnet. It's made in the USA. The magnet comes from Imagine This Company. This retails for $5.99

I'll probably put this on my front door.

Toy & Pillow

The snap toy was another favorite. It's got a prey-like motion generated from the hand pump. The cats liked to pounce on the feather every time my daughter squeezed the bulb.

Ya gotta love kittens. MSRP is $8.99

The Heart to Heart heart didn't come in any packaging. Oscar liked this & kept trying to steal it out of the box. It contains organic catnip and is from Imperial Cat. It retails for $3.99

Once again the cats were very pleased with their box. I like how PetGiftBox personally labels each monthly box wit the animal's names. That must be time consuming.

The price seems steep at $28.99, but if you sign up for just a 3 month commitment, it knocks the price down to just $23.99. And if you sign up for a year, it comes down to $18.99 a box. That's a substantial savings!
