We had the pleasure of trying a variety of Thunderbird Bars. They were all quite tasty. I have always liked 'date' bars, and that's what these are. They are soft, but not too soft, with a slight chewy consistency. But unlike other popular date bars, they have big crunchies in them. Nuts, seeds, etc.

 My favorite, I have to say, was the Hazelnut, Coffee, Maca.
