To create each batch of Mighty Nut, Peanut Butter & Co take quality USA grown peanuts, roast them, and press them to remove most of the fat. What remains is protein, fiber and delicious peanut buttery taste. Mighty Nut powdered peanut butter can be rehydrated and used as a spread or dip, or as an ingredient in baking, cooking or smoothies.

I tried the Vanilla. I really liked Mighty Nut brand. I have tried a few powdered peanut butters, and this is by far my favorite. It was good sprinkled in a smoothie for a hint of peanut butter flavor. It was also good reconstituted into creamy peanut butter. I have never tried that with powdered peanut butter, and it was just like the stuff from the jar (not that sugary stuff, I mean real peanut butter). I really was surprised, and impressed. It's not as good as the real thing. But for convenience, I think it way surpassed my expectations.

I like the convenience. Powder is so much easier to keep with you than a big ol' jar of PB that needs to be refrigerated. Especially when you're hiking, on a car or plane trip, camping, or just about anywhere you'd need to break out a protein snack!
